1/2 SMK Stats: Saved By The Bells

Hey, hey everyone!  It’s stats time again!  My crazy Obamacare obsession has finally ebbed some and so I’m back to having some extra time to devote to SMK Stats.   Hooray!   Stats are much more interesting, yes? 

Here in SBTBells, we see our favorite heroine falling prey to the baddies after she insists on doing something that Lee really doesn’t want her to do.  And of course, that lands her in all kinds of hot water…sort of like those fishies!  But it results in such a lovely, swooney scene that it’s all worth it.  Of course that scene in detail will come in Stats part 2, hahaha!  Sorry, but iwsod’s taught me how to tease!

AMANDA DOESN’T DO WHAT LEE TELLS HER

A:  Well, tell you what.  As long as I’m here I think I’ll clean your apartment up a little bit.  L:  Uh, no!  No. No, you don’t need to do that.  A:  Oh, that’s alright.  I insist.  L:  No!  No, you don’t have to do that.  A:  Oh, no, no, I insist!

On cleaning Lee’s apartment that is!  Love how these two go back and forth on this.  I bet Lee has NO idea just how much incriminating stuff she’s going to find!  Or maybe  he does!  Just look at his face!

AMANDA BOO BOOS

Uh oh, after sticking around to clean up Lee’s apartment, Amanda is kidnapped at gunpoint!

Then she has her mouth taped, her hands bound and she gets stuffed in a crate and transported to the baddies’ hideout!  Please note the standard issue “baddie rope” around Amanda’s wrists.  They must all shop at the local D.C. Baddies R Us store.

Next the tape gets ripped off her face.  OUCH!!!  That’s got to hurt!

Amanda quickly forgets about the pain though when she hears the baddie call her Scarecrow.  What???  Lovin’ that face, KJ!!

Amanda is really nervous, trying to prove she’s not “the Scarecrow.”  And I can’t help it, I have to include this…don’t you just love this poem? 

I like my bike.

I don’t think I’ve forgotten how that last line goes for the last 30 years!

See?  It even makes the baddie happy with laughter!  He likes it too!  Nice smile…he must have good health care insurance in his country. 

 

Ahhh, finally.  Amanda’s time as a hostage is about to end.  But one last insult – she is blindfolded so she doesn’t know where she was being held.  But hey, at least she wasn’t stuffed back in that crate again!

LEE SAVES AMANDA

After Lee finds out that TPTB are not willing to trade Rostov for Amanda, he decides to take care of business on his own.  He can’t live with Amanda dying in his place.

Lee first has to get Rostov out of the Agency.  Hmmm, wonder if Rostov could find his way back???

Just look at that face!  Lee means business!  He’s arranged a trade on a golf course somewhere in the Hollywood Hills – anyone see the sign yet?  If you do, please tell iwsod!  I hear she’s a lookin’!

Ahhhh, Lee’s finally got her back!  You’re the man, Lee!

C’mon, c’mon, get those ropes untied, Lee!  I love this scene!  He looks like he’s in pain for her, feeling so awful about what happened to her because she was at his apartment while he was off to run around in Bermuda!

L:  I’m sorry.  Take it easy…take it easy.  It’s all over. 

OMG!  Another great save by Lee!!!  The save in SAAB was great, but I love that she’s awake for this one so they can share their fears and feelings together.  This one may be my new favorite save of the series.  Anyone else with me on that?

AMANDA SAVES LEE

Well, not long after Lee saves Amanda, he needs a little saving himself!  He’s being brought up on treason charges!

 

Anyone out there like Lee’s Unabomber look?  I forget who called it that on the blog – but thank you whoever you are!  Funny how Amanda seemed to be the only one who thought to see if Lee went to his gym.  Seems she’s getting to know him pretty well, huh?  Not even Francine, his so called friend, thought to check there.

HANDS ALERT, JULE!!  PUT YOUR SWOON CAP ON!

After finding Lee at his gym and losing the tail at the red light, Amanda helps Lee to figure out where they were keeping her. 

And after Amanda climbs up the shelving like a little monkey, she takes out the two baddies so Lee can escape their evil clutches!

Even just the sound of “the Scarecrow’s” voice is enough to make these baddies stop and think about what their doing.  LOL!!!

Boy does Lee look a little mad here!  They’re trying hard to find the house where she was held but she’s just ramblin’ on about Jamie’s party, Pretzel the Clown and chicken pox.  I feel for ya, Lee!!

And here we go again…another one of these lovely bands!  I actually own a red one just like this, but I’ve only worn it one of two ways – across the top of my head like a head band or folded in half like a triangle to cover my hair while painting.

Check out the “HELP” on the chalk board behind Amanda.  It’s right next to “AMANDA CALL DEAN”  LOL !!!  Now who wrote that?  Dennis Duckwall?

Oh, look!  A baddie is now sporting an Amanda Band!   Guess he liked the look on her so much when she was their “guest” that he decided to copy it!  Tee hee…

This is not an Amanda band, but just what the heck is it???  Any ideas anyone?  I’m talking about that metallic line in Amanda’s hair that runs diagonally in the center of the oval.  Is it part of a hair piece?

Jack Sightings

We have another Jack sighting!!  You know what else is funny?  When Lee talks to these two agents to take Rostov to Recon, he calls the guy on the left, “Jack!”  LOL!!!  There are Jacks all over the place!

Oh no!  Jack is telling on Lee!  J:  Yeah, I’ve got a Code Red, Section 6.  Bad Jack!!  But hey, he got another line in an episode!

 

Jill Sightings

 

I think the woman behind Mr. Unabomber could be Jill.  The only thing that doesn’t fit is her haircut.  It looks like she had her own hairdon’t phase.  Or maybe it’s pulled in a twist and we can’t see it.  I’m not sure.  What do you think?

Gratuitous Dimple shots

 

Oh my.  Is that a dimple I see there in one of his cheeks??  Actually I can’t really tell because I can’t take my eyes off his eyes.  Well, that and his lovely Dorothy Hamill haircut   Anyway, this is how he shows Amanda his appreciation for her taking care of Melvin for him.  I know I’d feed his fish for him if he’d look at me that way!  Hahaha!

Is that a left dimple I see?  I guess it also comes out when Amanda is being bad!  She just told him twice that she insists on cleaning his apartment.  What do you think he’s thinking here?  It’s a meme game, KC!!!

A.  Great, she’s gonna drown my Tibetan ram’s horn again.

B.  I just hope she doesn’t open up my underwear drawer.  Or my nightstand drawer for that matter.

C.  What’s she going to alphabetize this time?

D.  Oh no…I hope she doesn’t find those Lee and She robes.  Groan.

It’s Lee in the great outdoors, iwsod!  I know you like him like that!  And there is too a dimple in his right cheek – just a little one, but it’s there!

Lee in the great outdoors with a smile in his eyes, a bigger dimple in his cheek and holding a big bad gun…swoon, thud!  We all know this look in his eyes and dimple in his cheek is reserved for one Amanda King!

Awww, even when he’s stressed and has no idea how to get them out of the jam they’re in, he still manages to let her know it’ll be okay and flash her a dimple.

A:  Is there anything else I can do?  L:  No, you can leave your silver bullet and ride off.  ROFL!!!  You are too funny, Lee!!!  Are you jealous that they still think she’s you?  Hahahaha!
