Hi Everyone! Time for round 4 – are you ready?!! Brace yourselves for more Tuxedo goodness and SMK whimsy!
So what’s the rules? All round winners will be represented in the semi-finals.. So you’ll have the chance to vote again for the round winners –So far we’ve had: Show Pony Tux, Happy half dressed Tux, you snooze you lose Tux, Suave Tux. In the rounds you can vote multiple times – Then I’ll limit us to one vote each for the semis and the finals 🙂

Would you like to share with us why you chose the Tux you chose? I find my criteria changes from round to round lol!
I’ll keep this round of voting open until the end of March – you know, there are tuxes in season 4 (somewhere lol not that I remember where I don’t!) we will need to consider when we get there and the walk is maybe a year off them.. so I figure I can slow down the Tux Voting and we can pace ourselves a bit more… Is there something else you’d like to vote on? If so I’d be happy to put it together

I’ve voted! finally! I went with Amanda’s so endearing Tux.. because.. well it’s endearing 😉
the tux looks mighty fine.. and there is nothing in Lee’s behaviour in that moment to spoil it haaaa.
Plus the side part (which I am not a fan of) is barely visible 🙂

You know, I scrolled right past that Zapped Tux. He doesn’t even look right in a tux. Benson’s head looks too small. I don’t know what Lee was worrying about with that one. Anyway…
At first it was a toss up between the Endearing one and the Couch one. So I had to stare, um look, peruse, drool and swoon for a while. The Couch one seems a little posed, but the Endearing one is just so endearing. And the look is just so….swoony. I’m going to vote now so I can go look, um stare some more.

I went for the Endearing tux……because it’s unbuttoned and quite frankly hinting at the undressing to come. Yes I am shallow. Don’t judge me on it 😜

I think we need a vote on best European/England Lee. Have we done that? I’m sure I would remember.
Anyway, he just looked so fine in those S2 episodes.
Maybe best formal Lee, best casual Lee, best action Lee… the list is endless.
Maybe a vote for European/England Amanda too?
I don’t have time to do a post/s on this but maybe I can inspire someone else? Hinty, hinty, hint…

I always love to hear ideas! Even if you don’t have time to do it yourself Kiwismh.. others may be so inspired.. you never know!
this year is shaping up to be a busy one for me 😦 So while I can cope with keeping track of the tux voting..every few months.. It would be ideal if other things you guys would like to have fun voting on were put together by someone else. I can publish it and do the poll if someone wants to create the post (you can use any images on JWWM) in a word document and email it to me. And you’d need to keep track of who goes into the finals etc of course if you want to structure it along the same lines as the tux adventure..

Oh, dear, I can’t even think about any of the new tux selections because the SOS tux banner greeted me when I came online! (Not to mention the cover kiss!) I will be back after sufficient recovery time.

Whoop, that was fast. The OMIT banner has now appeared and allowed my blood pressure to drop just enough for sane consideration of the task at hand. I am voting for Endearing Tux because Lee is thinking of Amanda and this time he’s willing to take the couch. Also, I feel sorry for him for the night he is about to suffer through.

The hairdresser must have gone on break at 6:00 at the Cumberland – side-part Lee was never my favourite but it looks particularly bad here compared to, for example, Cover Tux
I can’t go for Opening Credit Tux because I know he’s about to be rude again – an unattractive quality that detracts from the tux.
Oddly all my favourites are no-tux tux. No wait, what am I saying? That’s not odd at all. It fits in perfectly with my usual preferences: Wet Lee, Half-Dressed Lee, Tux Lee…..and thud.
Where am I?
Oh yeah. “So Endearing Tux” gets my vote because everyone comes off well with this one, not least the viewers.

This is a no-brainer for me – Amanda’s so old fashioned it’s endearing Tux. That gets my vote. I just love that Lee is stopping to think about Amanda and the fact that she is worried about the sleeping arrangements. And that little grin he has on his face. Although we don’t get to see any skin here, his reaction this time versus TGTN shows some growth and maturity. This is the beginning of the Lee we are seeing now in S3.

I went with the ‘Amanda’s So Endearing’ tux. I usually like the complete ensemble, but he’s just so swoon-worthy here. It really is the endearing eyes, the unbuttoned shirt, untied bow tie, while still in a tux that gets my vote. Is it just me, or does his hair even look better? The couch gets an honorable mention. 😉

That’s not Lee, it’s David in a tux. No, not going to get my vote. Can’t get past that dotted bowtie, even for a married Mr Stetson. I’m going for the classic TFT tux – somehow the porsche in the background just enhances the look 🙂
